A weekly hour for loan officers

The Weekly Reset.

A reset for high-pressure moments. For loan officers who are busy, reactive, and stuck in the same cycle.

One hour, every Thursday at 11 am ET. You bring whatever's running you this week, and we work through it together, live, in real time. You leave with clarity and a next step.

01 · For you

This is for

you if

  • You feel like you have to be "always on." Like if you're not reachable, you're going to miss something that costs you a deal.

  • Your brain won't shut off at night. You're running tomorrow's to-do list in your head when you should be sleeping.

  • Every deal feels like the deal right now. Every file is the difference between making your month and missing it.

  • You're closing business — but the worry doesn't quiet down. You're nervous about whether the volume is sustainable, but you're not going to say that out loud.

  • Or you're not closing as much as you want, so the stress of losing any deal means you're on call 24/7.

  • You're never fully present at home. There's always one more call, one more condition, one more thing to figure out.

  • And here's the real one: you already know what you should be doing. You don't need more tactics, tips, or scripts. You need to stop reacting to everybody else's priorities long enough to actually work on the things that move your business.

If any of that landed — this is built for exactly that.

02 · The pattern

Why this week looks like last week.

You could probably list five things right now that you know would move your business.

But every time you sit down to actually work on them, something urgent comes up instead. A client calls. Underwriting needs something. A realtor texts. Your bandwidth goes there, and the important stuff doesn't happen. Again.

Sunday night hits. You're finishing a preapproval because you're always on call — you got something over the weekend and now you're tying up whatever didn't get done during the week. Your spouse has gone quiet. You tell yourself next week will be different.

But it won't be. Not because you're not capable. Because nothing about how your week is actually structured is different from last week. The pattern keeps running because your brain is holding your pipeline together all day and running anxiety on a loop all night. Even when the market slows down, you never stop thinking about work. You're exhausted.

That's what the Weekly Reset actually breaks.

03 · The hour

What The Weekly Reset actually is.

You bring whatever's going on this week. The deal that fell through. The client who's gone quiet. The realtor you can't follow up with because you're still waiting on underwriting. The preapproval sitting on your desk because you've got five other things ahead of it.

Every week I also take the group through a real example of a common thought loop, so there's always something to work with, whether you bring something or you just show up and take it in.

And here's the thing that makes this work differently than anything else: we're not talking about a hypothetical. We're not rehashing something that happened two months ago after the emotion's already gone. We're working on the thing that's running you right now, in real time. That's where the shift actually happens.

I stay on every call until everyone who brought something has worked through it, even when it runs long.

Not a pep talk. Not a masterclass. Not someone reading slides at you. Live, interactive coaching, the kind of work people pay thousands for in private, every week, for $97 a month.

The format

FORMAT

One hour. Live. Every Thursday at 11 am ET.

WITH

Me, and other loan officers running the exact same pattern.

ON

Whatever is running you this week, in real time.

UNTIL

Everyone who brought something has worked through it.

04 · What changes

What you walk away with each week.

You walk out with the stress around the situation neutralized and real clarity about what to do next. The urgent stops running you. You move into your week from a grounded, clear place, instead of a reactive one.

01

You stop getting pulled off-center.

The panicked client call, the last-minute underwriting condition, the realtor who wants an update at 9 pm. Those things stop landing the way they used to. You handle them and move on.

02

You get your calendar back.

You stop losing Saturdays to work you could have handled on Tuesday, because you've broken the reactive cycle that was driving it.

03

Your pipeline runs more smoothly.

You're not firefighting anymore. Your stress drops.

04

One place where nothing is off the table.

How nervous you actually are about the volume. The deal that almost fell apart. The client you've called three times this week waiting on one document.

05

Patterns stop running you.

Some of this shifts immediately. Some unwinds over weeks, as you start catching the same story showing up in different situations. When a pattern lifts, it doesn't just lift in your business. It tends to lift everywhere.

Week over week, this compounds.

05 · Who's leading this

Hi, I'm Deb.

I've spent 32 years in the corporate mortgage industry. I've worked in almost every production role there is: operations, loan officer, producing manager, and region manager. I've been in those situations. I understand the specific kind of stress this industry creates, because I lived it.

I built and led a team of 90 loan officers producing over $1B in annual volume.

But earlier in my career, my brain never shut off. Thinking about work driving my kids to school. Arguing with people in my head in the shower. Sitting in meetings convinced I wasn't good enough. Waking up at 3 am panicked about something that hadn't even happened yet.

Then I had major surgery and was out for eight weeks. Company policy pulled me off email and every system. While I was recovering on my couch, everything at work just kept moving. Problems got handled. But my worried thoughts were still there. Still looping. Still running the same stories about things that weren't even real.

That's when I got it: the fears weren't facts. They were patterns my brain had been running on repeat.

From that realization, I started teaching my team to separate fact from story. Pipelines ran more smoothly. Escalations dropped. Performance stabilized even through volatile markets. What was working, I turned into a repeatable process.

"You gave me the breakthrough. My stress is gone."

Now closes 6+ units/mo, 30 hrs/week

"I went from 60–70 hours a week to under 40, with the same income."

After naming the people-pleasing pattern

Cut through the noise and build a business that works for you, not one that runs you. That's the work we do on Thursdays.

06 · Why it's called a Reset

It's called a Reset for a reason.

You don't just vent. You don't get pep-talked. You don't leave with a to-do list, a script, or a CRM workflow you're supposed to go implement.

You walk through a specific process with me, live, on the actual situation you came in with. We unpack the story underneath the stress, so you can actually see what's going on and take back control.

You leave different than you walked in. Not because of a surge of motivation, but because the thing that was running you got named, unpacked, and cleared.

07 · What it costs

$97 a month. That's it.

The Weekly Reset · Group coaching

  • Live Thursday call, every week (3–4 per month)

  • All calls recorded, with replays in the community

  • Private community network for between-call support, referrals, and resources

  • Personalized live coaching on the week you're in

  • 30 days' notice to cancel · no contracts

Cancel anytime · 30 days' notice

You're paying for personalized live coaching on the week you're in — not a podcast you'll kind of absorb on a drive, not a framework that sits on your desk.

It's also more than a coaching program. You get access to a private network where mortgage professionals connect, share referrals, and access resources between calls and beyond.

Do the math on what one more closed loan in the next year is worth to you. It pays for a year of this, twice over.

Then do the math on what one more Saturday with your family is worth.

08 · Questions

The things people ask.

What if I can't make it live every Thursday?

Every call is recorded and the replay goes into the community. But the live hour is where the real work happens. Show up when you can.

How many calls do I actually get for $97/month?

Three to four, depending on the weeks in the month and holidays. All recorded. Plus the community chat.

Is this only for top producers?

No. It's for any loan officer who wants control back over their week, whether you're still building your business or you're already fully established. The mix of people on the call is part of the value.

I'm slammed right now / it's slow right now. Is this a bad time?

Right now is exactly when you want this. The Reset works on the week you're actually in, not an idealized version of it.

How long until I see a difference?

The first Thursday. Not because you're going to be "fixed," but because you're going to leave that call different than you walked in. Some things shift immediately. Deeper patterns unwind over weeks. That's why it's weekly.

Can I cancel?

Yes. 30 days' notice. No cancellation call, no pressure.

Is there any one-on-one time with you?

I do have private coaching available. Send a note or schedule a call to find out more.

Is this only for mortgage loan officers?

No. The method works regardless of what you do or what industry you're in. High-pressure moments, reactive cycles, and thought loops that keep you stuck, those don't care what your job title is. If any of this landed for you, you belong here.

09 · The next Thursday

Get the support you need.

You already know it's not more tactics, tips, or scripts. What you need is to neutralize the stress that's running your business, so you can take back control of your week, and your life.

The question is whether next week looks exactly like this one. Or whether Thursday looks different, starting now.
