This isn't theory and it's not just tactics. You'll strengthen your inner resilience to handle pressure while learning concrete tools you can use in real time. Both matter.

Earlier in my career, my brain never shut off. I was thinking about work driving my kids to school, arguing with people in my head while washing my hair, sitting in meetings convinced I wasn't good enough, and waking up at 3am panicked about something that hadn't even happened yet.
At the time, I was leading a mortgage sales team of 90 people producing over $1B annually with multiple reporting lines. All of it landed on me, and the noise was exhausting.
Then I had major surgery and was out for eight weeks. Company policy during a leave of absence meant I was removed from email and all systems. I couldn't work even if I wanted to. And while I was recovering on my couch, everything at work kept moving without me. Problems got handled.
But my worried thoughts were still there. I was still looping, still stressing over things that weren't even real. That's when it hit me: my fears weren't facts. They were patterns my brain was running on repeat.
From that realization, I started teaching my team to separate fact from story and think differently under pressure. Pipelines ran smoother, escalations dropped, and performance stabilized even during volatility. What I was doing worked, so I built it into a repeatable four-step process and started coaching others through the same shift.
Here's what that shift looks like for the people I work with now:
One client was writing great business and sabotaging it every time. Once he identified the pattern driving it, everything changed. He now closes over a million a month and works 30 hours a week. His words: "You gave me the breakthrough. My stress is gone."
Another was working 60 to 70 hours a week and ready to leave the industry. Once she recognized the people-pleasing pattern underneath it all, she maintained her income and started working under 40 hours.
