I had been a top sales professional and had built top-performing sales teams for the past 30 years. Despite all of that success, I still had nagging feelings of anxiety, imposter syndrome, stress about money, life, family, and no work-life balance, often leaving me feeling depressed and desperate for another way. Starting in 2016, I had two major health events leading to surgeries and treatments that began a personal journey to take back control of my life. I started to look for better ways to manage my life and my success.

I started to look at the industry as a whole, and all the major success training programs had segments of motivational sessions, followed by tactics and strategies to increase business. I had scripts and tips, but not one of these programs went to the root of what was holding me back so I could live and run my business in an authentic way, remove the anxiety and stress, and create consistent financial results. I looked at my team and realized most were suffering in the same way I had been. Understanding this gap, I created a program where my team was able to identify their largest blind spots and create authentic strategies to remove any obstacles in their way and build sustainable long-term success. Then the magic happened. As they identified and removed obstacles in their professional life, they often found that all aspects of their life shifted and improved as well.

Seeing this success, I have now made it my mission to transform the sales industry by empowering salespeople to remove personal obstacles and approach their work with authenticity and alignment, thereby connecting with their values and strengths to become the architect of their life and their dreams. I aim to foster a new generation of sales professionals who prioritize building genuine relationships and creating value for their clients. With a focus on transformation, authenticity, and alignment, I believe my clients can become a force for positive change in the world, one conversation at a time.
