These small-group sessions are where we work through your real-time challenges, apply new strategies, and practice tools that shift how you lead. We also include integration weeks which are scheduled pauses from live calls to give you space to apply what you’ve learned, reflect on what’s working, and make real progress before adding more.
Before each live call, you’ll receive a short pre-recorded module that introduces the week’s concepts and provides context. This ensures you come prepared, ready to engage, and able to learn in the way that fits you best.
Through a private online forum, you can ask questions, share wins, and get input between calls. Whether it’s a quick decision you need to make or encouragement to keep momentum, you’ll never feel like you’re on your own.
